March 3-21 (Mendoza): Brick Veneer Demolition and Window Covering. The removal of the exterior brick and covering of windows continues this week. This map shows the affected areas.
March 10 (Mendoza): Closure of Mendoza's north entrances, new egress/ingress routes, construction site fencing. Starting today, Mendoza's northeast and northwest stairwells and entrances will be closed through fall 2026 due to North Addition construction. To ensure your safety, please observe all posted signage, which will guide you to the nearest available exit. The construction area is off-limits. Do not attempt to enter the construction zone. March 10-July 25, 2025 (Mendoza): Access to Mendoza’s east entrance from the north will be impacted. Water-filled barriers will be installed and a sidewalk on the east side of Mendoza will be closed to protect pedestrians and manage construction vehicle traffic during the initial phase of the project. Individuals approaching Mendoza from the north will need to proceed south, past the traffic control arm, and then turn west to reach the east entrance.
